The two-row mounted vibrating potato digger is used for mechanized harvesting of potatoes and other root crops planted in rows with a planting depth of up to 15 cm. The design and operating principle are similar to the DTZ-1V model, and it also has reinforced mounts for the vibratory blade stands. The digging depth is adjusted using support wheels, the distance between which can be smoothly changed. The row spacing is adjusted in steps: 50, 55, and 60 cm.
