Ajax BulletCam HL (8 MP, 2.8 mm, white) is a flagship wired IP camera for outdoor video surveillance, combining ultra-high resolution (4K Ultra HD), intelligent analytics, and a robust design. The white matte casing harmoniously blends with light-colored building facades, making the camera unobtrusive and aesthetically appealing.

The camera is equipped with an 8-megapixel CMOS sensor (3840×2160), which provides clear and detailed video at up to 20 frames per second in 4K. The fixed 2.8 mm lens offers a wide viewing angle of approximately 100°–110°, making this model ideal for monitoring large open areas, yards, parking lots, and perimeters.

HybridLight illumination combines infrared diodes for covert surveillance and a white LED light for color video at night. The camera automatically switches modes, ensuring reliable control in the dark at distances up to 50 meters.

True WDR technology allows for balanced image formation even in challenging conditions of contrasting lighting. Key details — faces, license plates, or small objects — remain clear and easily recognizable.

Built-in AI analytics enables the camera to distinguish between the movement of people, animals, and vehicles, minimizing false alarms and increasing the effectiveness of the security system.

The camera's metal casing ensures reliability and protection: IP65 standard guarantees protection against dust and moisture, while IK08 protects against mechanical impacts and vandalism. The operating temperature range from −30 °C to +60 °C allows the camera to be used in any climatic conditions.

For video archiving, the camera supports microSD cards up to 256 GB (V30 class recommended) and can also work with NVRs with HDDs up to 16 TB. Data transmission is via 100 Mbps Ethernet with PoE (802.3af/at) support, allowing power and data to be transmitted over a single cable. 12 V DC power is also supported. Video is compressed using H.264 and H.265 codecs, saving storage space and reducing network load.

Data protection is implemented using mTLS authentication, Secure Boot technology, and signed OTA updates. This ensures reliable operation and compliance with modern security requirements.

The camera is equipped with a digital microphone, providing synchronous audio and video recording. G.711 μLAW/ALAW, G.726, and G.722 codecs are supported.
