Production Technology

Vitamed insoles are custom-made using CadCam technology: 3D foot scanning creates a detailed digital model, which is then precisely transformed into an insole using modern Italian equipment. This process allows for the creation of a product that perfectly matches the anatomical features of each client — taking into account the degree of foot deformation, the presence of pain syndromes, body weight, and the level of physical activity.
