Memopur black custom orthopedic insole
Brand: Spannrit
Country of origin: Germany
Product Description
The Memopur black custom orthopedic insole is a professional solution for individuals with increased foot stress, designed for intensive use and providing a high moisture-wicking effect. The insole is made from innovative MEMOPUR material – a fine-structured polyurethane with open micropores, which creates a healthy microclimate in footwear and excellent moisture absorption. The special Sahara Skin top coating enhances breathability and comfort during prolonged wear.
Construction and Technologies
A thermoplastic frame with a relief zone in the heel area is integrated inside the insole, fixing the foot in an anatomically correct position. Pronounced arch supports provide support for the transverse and longitudinal arches of the foot and optimal pressure distribution across the entire foot surface. Heel stabilization edges further stabilize the foot's position in the footwear.
Manufacturing Method
Advanced manufacturing technology involves molding to the foot, taking into account the patient's individual needs. The process includes the following stages:
- 1. Clinical examination and determination of the client's individual foot characteristics.
- 2. Plantography and analysis of foot overload zones, degree of arch deformation, allowing for precise problem resolution during insole manufacturing.
- 3. After heat treatment, the blank is molded taking into account the client's individual foot characteristics.

Recommendations for Use
Individual insoles are placed in footwear so that the heel of the arch support rests against the back of the shoe, and the position of the inserts matches the anatomical arches of the foot. It is recommended to monitor the condition of the arch supports: after 8-10 months of use (depending on body weight and walking intensity), the arch supports lose their properties and should be replaced with new ones.
This insole is optimally suited for individuals who require individual foot correction and reliable support during daily intensive loads. The materials and construction ensure a combination of comfort, durability, and therapeutic effect.
