Vitals Fix 280 ml White Universal Silicone Sealant is a single-component silicone sealant for a wide range of applications in sealing and glazing, with excellent adhesion to most building materials: glass, metal, ceramics, wood.

Properties and Benefits:

• retains permanent elasticity after curing;
• does not lose flexibility and elasticity at low and high temperatures;
• resistant to sudden temperature changes;
• resistant to aging, cracking, and discoloration.

Areas of Application:

• sealing of window and door elements, sealing of joints;
• sealing of necessary areas in everyday life;
• hermetic filling of joints in bathrooms and kitchens, installation of plumbing;
• connecting and expansion joints on glass, porcelain, steel, etc.

Application Recommendations:

• ensure surfaces are dry and free of contaminants;
• application temperature from +5° C to +40° C;
• after application, the sealant should be smoothed (with light pressure) with a rubber spatula within 5 minutes for dense, uniform joint filling and reliable bonding of parts;
• remove excess uncured sealant with a solvent. Cured residues can be mechanically removed;
• apply for joining structural elements with a thickness of 6 to 12 mm;
• the minimum recommended joint depth is 6 mm;
• the ratio of joint width to depth should be approximately 2:1.

Storage and Shelf Life

The shelf life is 18 months when stored in unopened factory packaging in a dry place at temperatures from +5° C to +25° C.
