Description of Vitals Fix 280 ml White Acrylic Sealant

Vitals Fix 280 ml White Acrylic Sealant is a single-component universal acrylic sealant for filling cracks and joints in static connections. For indoor and outdoor use.

Properties and Benefits:

• has high adhesion to most building materials;
• easily paintable, compatible with most paints;
• easy to apply and clean;
• waterproof after curing;
• can be used on all porous surfaces such as brick, concrete, plaster, wood, etc.;
• solvent-free;
• odorless.

Areas of Application:

• filling non-moving cracks and joints during indoor and outdoor work;
• filling joints, seams, and cracks in walls, ceilings, wooden structures, around doors, windows, window sills, etc.

Application Recommendations:

• joints must be cleaned of dust, grease, and rust;
• no primer is required for non-porous surfaces. On porous surfaces such as concrete, stone, cement, and plaster, apply a primer (a mixture of one part acrylic sealant and 4-5 parts water);
• recommended joint depth/width ratio is 1:2.
• application temperature from +5° C to +35° C;
• immediately after application, smooth the sealant with a wet finger or a wet tool;
• excess sealant can be removed with a damp cloth;
• do not expose the joint to water for at least two hours;
• cured sealant can be removed mechanically.

Storage and Shelf Life

The shelf life is 15 months when stored in unopened factory packaging in a dry place at temperatures from +5° C to +25° C.
