Description of the Kentavr KE 2000-R Electric Cultivator
The KE2000-R garden electric cultivator is a new model in the "KENTAVR" cultivator line, designed for quick and efficient soil loosening in areas up to 0.5 hectares, as well as in garden beds, flower beds, orchards, and vineyards.
The electric cultivator is equipped with a 3-section tiller with a cultivation width of 200/350/430 mm, which allows for maximum precision and accuracy when loosening soil near tree trunks, bushes, or other plantings, as well as near fences, curbs, around poles, decorative park structures, and rockeries.
Thanks to a reliable 2 kW electric motor, the cultivator is capable of high-quality soil loosening in one, two, or three passes to a depth of up to 230 mm, even on fairly dense soils.
The electric cultivator is driven by a V-belt drive with a controlled idler pulley.
The belt drive simultaneously serves as a power transmission, clutch, and a protective and safety element.
If the tiller suddenly jams with a stone or stick during operation, the belt drive will absorb the impact and prevent damage to the engine and gearbox.
The drive and driven pulleys, as well as the idler pulley, are not plastic but metal, ensuring a long service life. The V-belt has high traction performance. For safety and protection from dirt, the entire belt drive is reliably covered by a casing.
The tiller consists of four saber-shaped blades in each section. The blades are made of structural sheet steel. The spiral arrangement of the blades reduces vibration and ensures even load distribution on the gearbox.
The tiller formula (1+1+1) on each side allows for maximum precision in selecting the required cultivation width for a wide variety of crops.
