Description

The Vitals Master AZT 3601a cordless trimmer is a convenient tool with a top-mounted motor. It is designed for cutting green growth where a wheeled lawnmower is impossible or inconvenient to use – on small areas with uneven terrain, slopes, and hard-to-reach places. It is convenient for trimming around trees, bushes, fences, walls, and posts. A sufficiently powerful electric motor and cutting tools – a line spool and a three-blade knife – allow cutting both grass and weeds, as well as growth with a stem thickness of up to 20 mm.

Thanks to modern technical solutions, the Vitals Master AZT 3601a cordless trimmer has advantages and is free from many drawbacks of manual gasoline and electric trimmers. It does not require a power cable for operation: portability is provided by the battery. There are no gasoline fumes, and no exhaust gases are produced.

The trimmer's design incorporates the principle of unification. Power is supplied by a universal lithium-ion battery, the same one used for other power tools, such as the Vitals Master AKZ 3602a cordless chainsaw. One set (battery and power supply) can power various garden and household tools, which helps save the buyer's money.

Reliable Electric Motor

Unlike other Master series power tools, this trimmer is equipped with a brushless electric motor. It develops high speeds, delivers more power and torque than a brushed motor of similar weight. It ensures good performance. An important quality of a brushless motor is more rational energy consumption than a brushed one, i.e., high efficiency. As a result, it can operate 50% longer, which is especially important for cordless tools.

High-Capacity Battery

The motor is powered by a 36 V Li-ion battery. The battery is equipped with a charge indicator. The battery capacity (4 Ah) allows processing large quantities of materials.

Various Operating Modes and Cutting Tools

The operator can choose between a replaceable tool – a spool with a 1.6 mm diameter line or a three-blade steel knife with sharp edges.

For more rational use of electricity and motor life, the motor can operate in different modes at the operator's choice. A more economical mode with lower revolutions (5500 rpm) not only increases the operating time but also contributes to less wear and tear on the mechanisms.

Comfort and Safety

The trimmer is equipped with one rear and two front handles. The main handle is integrated with the electric motor housing. For the operator's convenience, it is rubberized. The main handle houses the on-off buttons, mode switching, and accidental activation protection. The mode indication panel is also located there.

The front handles are attached to the shaft. One is horizontal, the other is D-shaped. During operation, the operator uses whichever is more convenient at the moment.

Thanks to the split shaft, the tool can be compactly folded for storage or transport.

There is a grease nipple (zerk fitting) on the gearbox. Therefore, the gearbox lubrication process is quick and does not require opening the mechanism.

The guard protects the operator from injuries in case of hard objects ricocheting if the cutting tool hits them. The guard is equipped with a fixed knife for trimming excess line length.

Due to the absence of a power cord, there is no risk of electric shock. Since no sparks are generated during the operation of the brushless motor, the tool can be used even in fire-hazardous areas.

The trimmer is equipped with a reinforced gearbox that withstands accidental impacts from the cutting tool colliding with hard objects.

Due to the absence of brushes in the motor, no friction is created, there is practically no wear of contacting surfaces and internal contamination. Therefore, the motor has high wear resistance.
