BEK MOTOR BGR-350 Diesel Generator (280 kW) — Reliable Power Source for Industry and Backup Power
The BEK MOTOR BGR-350 diesel generator is designed for stable power supply to industrial facilities, construction sites, utilities, and large enterprises. The base (prime) power of the unit is 280 kW at 1500 rpm, standby power is 256 kW at 1500 rpm, and peak power reaches 350 kVA at a power factor of 0.8. The standard output voltage is 400V/230V, with custom manufacturing possible to meet individual customer requirements.
At the heart of the unit is the RICARDO&R6126ZLD diesel engine — a 6-cylinder, four-stroke, turbocharged unit. The engine displacement is 12,900 cm3, bore and stroke are 135x150 mm, and the compression ratio is 16:1. Engine speed is controlled by an electronic governor, and starting is via a DC24V electric starter.
The cooling system is liquid-cooled (operating temperature 50℃). Coolant capacity without radiator is 30 L, total lubrication system capacity is 50 L. The fuel tank capacity is 500 L, and fuel consumption at 100% load is 62.5 L/h, ensuring long autonomous operation without frequent refueling.
The electrical part is equipped with reliable controllers: Deepsea DSE7320 AMF and DATAKOM D300, which provide automatic startup upon mains failure and precise control of operating modes. The voltage regulation range is ≥5%, NL-FL voltage regulation is ≤±0.5%, guaranteeing output voltage stability under varying loads. Generation frequency is 50 Hz, stator insulation class is H, enclosure protection rating is IP23, and noise level under load is 78 dB.
