The Ajax GlassProtect wireless sensor is designed to detect glass breaks in a protected area. Thanks to a special microphone, the sensor detects and registers specific low-frequency and high-frequency sounds that occur when glass breaks. If glass breaks in a protected area, the sensor picks up these sounds and sends an alarm signal to the central alarm unit via a radio channel. Using unique multi-stage analysis, the sensor responds exclusively to the sound of broken glass, ignoring other loud noises. Ajax GlassProtect can be used to detect glass breaks in apartments, houses, shops, office buildings, hotels, restaurants, banks, schools, studios, warehouses, and other premises. Another advantage of the sensor is its convenient and extremely easy self-installation using a smart mount; the user does not need to disassemble the sensor itself for mounting. Ajax GlassProtect is equipped with an effective wireless radio communication system that uses message encryption and forgery protection. This ensures high security of the alarm system against attempts by criminals to break in. In addition, the sensor has an ultra-modern, highly reliable communication system that allows it to operate successfully within several floors of a business center or at a distance of up to 1000 m in open terrain from the central alarm unit.
