The Ajax EN54 FireProtect Sounder Jeweller is a wireless addressable fire alarm sounder designed for prompt fire notification with an audible signal. The device is certified to EN 54-3 (sounder devices) and EN 54-25 standards, providing a loud and clear warning in commercial and public premises.

Upon receiving an alarm signal from connected fire detectors or the hub, the built-in siren emits a signal with a volume of approximately 85–100 dB at 1 meter, which corresponds to the EN 54-3 temporal pattern. The signal continues until the alarm is canceled or manually turned off by the user.

Data transmission to the central unit is carried out via the secure Jeweller radio protocol (868 MHz), which ensures stable two-way communication at a distance of up to 1700–2000 m in open space. The device continuously monitors its status, transmitting information about low battery, tamper activation, loss of connection, or malfunctions with precise indication of the device and zone.

Power is provided by a pre-installed CR123A battery with an additional backup CR2032 battery to support the tamper function. The device's battery life is up to 5 years at a standard polling interval.

Installation is performed using the SmartBracket system, which allows mounting the device without disassembling it. Connection to the system is done quickly via a QR code in the mobile application. LED indicators (green, yellow, red) allow for quick checking of the device's status.
