Back muscle block (low row)

The low row is recommended for both men and women as a toning exercise. The main purpose of the machine is to help tighten back muscles without adding excessive bulk. Almost all back muscles are engaged, with primary effort on the latissimus dorsi, erector spinae, and trapezius. Secondary load is felt by the extensor muscles of the forearm and shoulder, biceps, and posterior deltoids.

The weight stack machine mechanism operates smoothly and softly. Thanks to the resilient bench padding and non-slip footrest surface, the design is safe and comfortable to use.

Features:

bearings are installed in all rotating joints;
plastic bushings are installed in the weight plates;
polished stainless steel is used as guides, offering low resistance to bushing sliding;
rollers are large-diameter and made of special plastic, working well with the silicone-coated cable.

The footrests have a ribbed surface to prevent slipping and are made of aluminum to maintain a quality appearance throughout the machine's service life.

Beneath the aluminum, there is a more rigid black metal frame.
