FireProtect 2 has two A1R class thermistors for detecting smokeless fires. They provide a significant advantage when the temperature rises sharply due to the burning of synthetic materials or when combustion begins with smoldering. The thermistors are located outside the casing — this way the sensor detects fire without delay, without wasting a single precious minute. FireProtect 2 will instantly notify you of a threat, even if it arises unnoticed.
