Description and Design
The knife blade is made of Swedish stainless steel Sandvik 12C27, known for its strength, impact toughness, and corrosion resistance during prolonged contact with water. The blade shape is Drop-point, and the grind type is plain edge, which, along with well-processed bevels, allows for easy cutting of paper and plastic packaging, vegetables, fruits, and even small wooden elements.
The blade thickness at the spine is 3 mm, and the blade length is 85 mm. The overall length of the knife when open is 197 mm, and when closed, it is 114 mm. The blade hardness on the Rockwell scale is 58-59 HRC, and the blade surface has a satin finish.
