The Pagoda-2 5.8G omnidirectional antennas with circular polarization, designed by Maarten Baert. The antenna structure consists of 3-layer PCBs covered with 1 oz copper foil, and the metal core rod material is optimized to achieve very low VSWR.
In this version of the antennas, the PCBs are wrapped in heat shrink tubing to protect against damage.
