Description and Application

The RFD900x provides transparent 16-channel radio control (S.BUS/PPM) simultaneously with a separate Mavlink telemetry channel via UART, eliminating the need for additional LRS systems. The device is equipped with a new 32-bit ARM processor for higher performance, and hardware-implemented AES-128 encryption ensures the confidentiality and integrity of transmitted data. Modems are configured via UART using AT commands, allowing radio link parameters to be adjusted even during flight. Support for MESH network operation makes the kit flexible for building systems with one or two base stations and multiple modules on drones.
