Ingredients

Dosage

Take 1-3 capsules daily. It is important to first assess your tolerance to the contained ingredients – therefore, it is recommended to start with 1 capsule per day before training, and then, if necessary, increase the dose to 2 capsules. The maximum dose is 3 capsules per day, evenly distributed throughout the day or before training.
