Copacryl Resine Souple 4.9 CAC S05 resin is an extremely fluid acrylic resin designed to introduce flexibility into composite products when used in conjunction with COPACRYL Jersey or COPACRYL Carbone resins. This resin is not used independently and must be added to Jersey or Carbone resins in a proportion of 10% to 30% of the mixture's weight, ensuring the necessary elasticity of the final product and maintaining high mechanical characteristics after curing.

Resine Souple 4.9 CAC S05 creates flexible composite parts that can be shaped during use. It allows for products with excellent skin compatibility, which is important for orthopedic and prosthetic parts. After curing, the material retains high mechanical properties and allows thermoforming within the elasticity limits of the reinforcing materials.

Storage and Packaging

COPACRYL resins and SIPACRYL hardener have a guaranteed shelf life of 18 months when stored at temperatures between 18°C and 25°C in sealed containers, protected from light and moisture. Short-term storage at temperatures up to 35°C or down to 10°C (no more than 3 months) is permissible. Follow the manufacturer's recommendations for transportation and storage conditions to maintain the resin's performance characteristics and the product's safe properties.
