Ingredients

Calcium caseinate (57%), whey concentrate (16%), milk isolate (14%), low-fat cocoa powder (8%), egg white (3%), flavor, sweeteners: (acesulfame K, aspartame), calcium carbonate, thickener: guar gum, antioxidant: ascorbic acid, vitamin B6. Contains phenylalanine.

Dosage

Mix one dose (30 g - 2 tablespoons) with 300 ml of milk or water. Take 1 - 3 doses per day depending on your daily protein intake. Suitable for consumption after training and as the last meal before bed.
