Tacela X1 Folding Stretcher
The Tacela X1 Folding Stretcher is a durable and well-designed solution for evacuating the wounded and transporting cargo in field conditions. The Tacela wheeled stretcher is designed for rapid evacuation of the wounded, as well as for transporting ammunition, food, and equipment from the drop-off point to the position. It takes about two minutes to unfold the stretcher, after which it is ready for use. When folded, the stretcher fits compactly into a cover or bag, is convenient for carrying on the shoulder or by hand, and fits comfortably in a car trunk.
The frame and wheel base are made of steel, ensuring reliability and durability. The polyurethane foam wheels are tubeless, puncture-proof, wear-resistant, and maintenance-free; the tire is wide enough for effective movement through forests, sandy soil, or marshy terrain. The ergonomic frame and wheel base ensure a stable position for the wounded, with strap fixation, and reduce the risk of additional injuries. The water-repellent, dense 100% polyester fabric (1000 den) in olive-khaki color makes the stretcher inconspicuous in the field.
The stretcher was developed specifically for the needs of the Ukrainian military: it saves time during evacuation, allows one person to transport the wounded on wheels, preserving the unit's strength. The stretcher can also be used for rest and sleep: for this, the "G"-shaped handles are inserted into a special pocket and used as legs.
