The collapsible barbell and dumbbells are assembled from discs with a plastic coating. The set consists of sixteen discs of various weights, allowing for greater or lesser load with minimal weight increments.

The discs are fully covered with plastic, protecting any surface and the discs themselves from impacts, chips, and ensuring comfortable use of the barbell in all exercises.

The 150 cm bar can withstand loads up to 110 kg. The moderately deep knurling on the bar, chrome plating, and Vader nuts with rubber retainers make this bar highly effective for training and durable.
