Brass brushes effectively remove carbon fouling, powder residue, and contaminants from the inner surface of the barrel without damaging the steel. The brass fiber is rigid enough for deep cleaning, yet safe for the precise elements of the barrel, chamber, and bore.

Black jags ensure precise and even passage of cotton patches along the entire length of the barrel without snagging or skipping. They are calibrated for specific sizes (.22,.30,.40,.45, etc.), allowing the patch to fit snugly against the walls and effectively collect contaminants.

White felt mops are used for final cleaning and polishing — they effectively absorb residual oil, solvent, and dirt, leaving the barrel clean and dry. High-quality cotton is soft, absorbent, and safe for the internal surfaces of firearms.

Separate manual brushes allow cleaning hard-to-reach areas such as bolt groups, guide rails, chambers, and other elements that are difficult to access with a cleaning rod. The kit includes three types of brushes: nylon (for delicate parts), brass (for removing carbon fouling), and steel (for heavy fouling and corrosion).

The modular screw-together cleaning rod consists of several durable segments that easily connect and adjust to the length of the barrel — from a pistol to a carbine or shotgun. Standard threads are fully compatible with all attachments in the kit and do not require additional adapters.
