Dumbbell discs are made of metal. After processing, the discs are heated in an oven to 180-200 degrees, painted with impact-resistant paint, and baked again to form a durable coating. Thanks to the 1.25 kg discs, you can train with minimal weight increments. The fully metal, chrome-plated bar, 35 cm long, with knurling for anti-slip grip and two clamping nuts with rubber bushings for tight and secure disc fixation, adds to its premium quality.
