With 1.25, 2.5, and 5 kg plates available, you can easily assemble heavier dumbbells by purchasing additional dumbbell plates on the RN-Sport website.
The plates are made of metal. After processing, the plates are heated in an oven to 180-200 degrees, painted with impact-resistant paint, and baked again to form a durable coating. Thanks to the 1.25 kg plates, you can train with minimal weight increments. The fully metal, chrome-plated 42 cm bar, with knurling for anti-slip grip and two clamping nuts with rubber bushings for tight and secure plate fixation, adds to its premium feel.
