Metal Dumbbells RN-Sport 2 pcs, 31 kg each (Olimp_2х31)
Discs with this grip are safe and comfortable to use. With the quatro grip, the discs can be used as a separate piece of equipment for various exercises (disc raises to strengthen shoulders, disc rotations around the torso to strengthen abdominal muscles (abs and obliques), overhead press to work triceps, forearm exercises...). In addition to exercises, the discs serve as additional weight for barbells and dumbbells.

Thanks to the 2.5 kg discs, you can train with minimal weight increments. The fully metal, chrome-plated bar, 35 cm long, with knurling to prevent hand slipping and two clamping nuts with rubber bushings for tight and secure disc fixation, adds nobility.
