For maximum functionality, it is recommended to use during physical exertion (1 gel per 1 hour of activity, depending on training level and intensity of activity). The main energy component is the carbohydrate isomaltulose (Palatinose™), which is characterized by gradual absorption and high energy potential, while not significantly raising blood sugar levels. Simply put, Palatinose™ is a carbohydrate with a low glycemic index and the energy potential of glucose. Due to the fact that Palatinose™ does not significantly affect the osmolality of the digestive tract, and the gel has zero mineral content, the product combines perfectly with sports drinks and does not cause digestive problems.

Dosage

• Before training, take 1 tube 20 minutes before starting and wash down with a sufficient amount of sports drink
• During training, take 1 tube throughout the entire workout
