The body armor kit consists of eight elements: the main vest (front and back panels), shoulder straps, cummerbunds, and a girdle (waistband). The vest is compatible with soft ballistic inserts of Class 1 or 2 protection and hard plates of M–XL sizes, allowing protection to be configured according to tasks. Full modularity allows for the addition of extra protective elements for the neck, shoulders, groin, lower back, and abdomen.

• Material: Cordura® 1000D Brookwood® USA with NIR treatment — fade-resistant, does not absorb moisture, does not support combustion;

• Hardware: 2M® (Italy), Woojin Plastic elements, hook-and-loop fasteners — 100% nylon;

• Webbing: polyamide, Murdock (Original Multicam) — non-stretching, heat-resistant;

• Cushioning: Spirit 3D mesh combined with 18-element damper inserts provides energy absorption and comfort during prolonged wear;

• Ventilation: thoughtful placement of dampers ensures effective air circulation inside the vest;

• MOLLE-compatibility: increased number of webbing straps on the front and back, hook-and-loop fasteners for patches and additional gear;

• Quick-release: upper quick-release buckles are located near the shoulder, side ones — under the protective flap for quick removal when needed;

• Plates: compatible with Medium, Large, XL plates (up to 35.5×28 cm maximum);

• Adjustment: convenient height adjustment, waist is adjusted incrementally and equipped with a damper pad for additional comfort.

Compatibility and Modules

The body armor can be used with soft inserts of Class 1/2 (chest + back + sides), with M–XL size plates, and also in a configuration with both plates and soft inserts simultaneously. Additional optional modules include neck, shoulder, groin, lower back, and abdomen protection (using Class 1 soft inserts), a sleeping mat-seat with a Class 1 armor package, and a removable cushioned girdle.
