Beta-alanine contains the same non-essential amino acid that athletes take before training. Therefore, it is suitable for sprinters, crossfitters, and other strength athletes or people who do HIIT. Recommended Use
Mix 1 scoop (1.9 g) with 200 ml of water. Take 1-2 times daily.
