BCAA Complex is a source of branched-chain amino acids in tablet form. BCAA includes 3 amino acids - leucine, isoleucine, and valine. These are essential amino acids that the human body cannot produce on its own, so they must be obtained directly from food or supplements. Essential amino acids are the building blocks of protein and muscles, which are involved in protein synthesis. Each tablet of BCAA Complex contains 1g of BCAA in a 2:1:1 ratio, meaning 500mg of L-leucine, 250mg of L-isoleucine, and 250mg of L-valine.
