BCAA 4:1:1 Powder is instant branched-chain amino acids BCAA 4:1:1, enriched with L-glutamine amino acid. Amino acids are the building blocks of protein, which contributes to the growth and maintenance of muscle mass. The higher (fourfold) content of L-leucine amino acid is especially suitable for stimulating muscle protein growth (MPS - muscle protein synthesis). L-glutamine amino acid can contribute to improved post-workout regeneration. Grapefruit flavor: instant BCAA blend (L-leucine, L-isoleucine, L-valine, soy lecithin emulsifier), L-glutamine, acidity regulator citric acid, flavoring, sweeteners sucralose and acesulfame K, anti-caking agents calcium phosphate and silicon dioxide, naringin flavoring.

Dosage
Mix 1/2 serving (10 g) of the product with 200 ml of water and use before, during, or after training. For increased performance, take 1 serving (10 g) 15 minutes before physical activity. For maximum regeneration support, take 1 serving immediately after training.
