This is a universal general-purpose military medical backpack, equipped according to the List approved by the Ministry of Health Order No. 6. The medical kit is designed for prompt provision of emergency pre-hospital care on the battlefield and contains all necessary means for hemorrhage control, immobilization, and casualty support until evacuation.

The backpack is voluminous — 29.6 liters, with a well-thought-out internal organization: separate boxes with transparent Velcro lids for quick visual identification of contents, elastic fasteners along the inner perimeter for securing bandages, and an ampoule holder for medicines. The design allows the backpack to open 180 degrees, providing full access to all components of the kit.

For quick release in emergency situations, shoulder straps with quick-release buckles are provided. The back of the backpack is padded and made of 3D mesh for better ventilation and comfort during prolonged wear. There is a wide waist belt and a chest strap that ensure stable positioning of the backpack during movement, as well as a Velcro panel for patches.

The material is Cordura, resistant to tearing and ignition; the zipper is water-resistant, which increases the reliability of content preservation in difficult conditions. The kit includes SOF-T Gen 5 tourniquets, which are a standard tool for controlling massive hemorrhages.
