Anabolic Monster Beef is a hydrolyzed beef protein powder with 90% protein content. As it is a hydrolyzed protein powder, the proteins are broken down into shorter peptides. The protein is further enriched with creatine monohydrate to enhance physical performance during intense workouts. Hydrolyzed beef protein isolate, creatine monohydrate 7600 mg, (for chocolate flavor - cocoa powder), L-arginine HCl 1000 mg, calcium phosphate (calcium, phosphorus), arginine alpha-hydrolyzed collagen, xanthan gum and guar gum; flavor, beta-alanine (CarnoSyn ®) 300 mg, L-citrulline 225 mg, tryptophan 225 mg, potassium phosphate (potassium, phosphorus), sodium phosphate (sodium, phosphorus), emulsifier: soy lecithin (for forest berries), color (for strawberry and banana flavor), sweeteners: sucralose (Splenda ®) and acesulfame K.
Directions
Mix 1-2 scoops (33-66 g) with 250-350 ml of cold water or skim milk.
