Comfort and Retention

The ARCH helmet features a high cut, PGD-10 memory foams, and a BOA Fit system. The memory foam is specifically designed to reduce blunt trauma injuries and provides high comfort; the technology was originally used by NASA. Inside, a 10-element pad system is used, which is easily replaceable—they attach with Velcro. BOA Fit allows for quick and precise helmet adjustment with a rotary dial; retention is additionally adjusted by 4 Duraflex plastic buckles and ITW Nexus components.

The helmet is easy to adjust to head size, fits snugly without compression, and molds to the head in 2–3 seconds, providing a feeling of "lightness" and mobility. The inside of the helmet is covered with soft, adjustable foam for added comfort and protection.
