Design and Materials

The sling is made of durable polyamide webbing and equipped with acetal hardware that withstands over 100 kg of tensile force. Key areas are reinforced with Tank Track® technology and metal rivets, which are significantly more durable than conventional stitching under constant friction. The front and rear attachments are made with metal snap hooks for quick and reliable connection to rifled or smoothbore firearms.

Features of Components and Hardware

The rear attachment has a single-slot buckle with an opening through which the main webbing passes; the opening is designed not to exceed the thickness of the main webbing, preventing twisting and chafing. An additional retaining buckle secures the main quick-release buckle, allowing control over weapon position in single-point mode and preventing chest compression. An adjustment loop under the left hand is provided for quick length changes.

Functionality

The "Hel" carbine model is designed for operational and everyday use: the sling allows the weapon to be held close to the body while freeing the hands. A biathlon mode is available — carrying the weapon in a backpack position on the back. When transitioning, the sling easily converts to an adjustable single-point mode. A small segment of webbing connecting the 25mm and 38mm quick-release buckles is responsible for weapon balance; if this segment is longer than standard, the weapon will tilt forward and functionality will be compromised — this is accounted for and adjusted during manufacturing in the Hel model.
