Professional Weight Bench RN-Sport Black Rock
The backrest adjusts from horizontal to vertical 90 degrees using a spring-loaded pin. The seat has 4 angle adjustment positions. All moving parts are on bearings, which eliminates play without losing the smoothness of all adjustments. The bench weighs 44 kg. Materials used: 80x60, 60x60, 50x50, 60x30 profiles, 3mm and 6mm sheet metal, 15mm plywood, high-quality secondary foam with a density of 120 kg/m³, which can be considered eternal against sagging. Wheels on the rear axle of the bench make moving this bench truly easy!

Discs with this grip are safe and comfortable to use. With the Quatro grip, the discs can be used as a separate piece of equipment for various exercises (disc raises to strengthen shoulders, disc rotations around the torso to strengthen abdominal muscles (abs and obliques), overhead press to work triceps, forearm exercises...) In addition to exercises, the discs serve as additional weight for barbells and dumbbells.

After processing, the discs are heated in an oven to 180-200 degrees, painted with impact-resistant paint, and baked again to form a strong crust. Thanks to 1.25 kg discs, you can train with minimal weight increments. The fully metal, chrome-plated bar, 35 cm long, with knurling to prevent hand slipping and two clamping nuts with rubber bushings for tight and secure disc fixation, adds to its elegance.
