Olympic Metal Barbell RN-Sport Quatro 135 kg (2x20, 2x15, 2x10, 4x5, 4x2.5 + 2.2 m) Quatro-GRIP
The plates are made of metal. After processing, the plates are heated in an oven to 180-200 degrees Celsius, painted with impact-resistant paint, and then baked again to form a durable coating. Thanks to the 1.25 kg plates, you can train with minimal weight increments. The convenience of use is enhanced by chrome-plated metal barbells with knurling to prevent hand slippage and two clamping nuts with rubber bushings for a tight and secure fixation of the plates.
With the Quatro grip, 5, 10, 15, 20 kg plates can be used as a separate piece of equipment for various exercises (plate raises to strengthen shoulders, rotating the plate around the torso to strengthen abdominal muscles (abs and obliques), triceps, forearm exercises...). In addition to exercises, the plates serve as additional weight for barbells and dumbbells.
