The Vitals DHP-50 Diesel Heater is designed for rapid, intermittent heating of relatively small spaces without permanent human presence (cabins and enclosed trailers of various vehicles, agricultural machinery, watercraft, warehouses, garages, pavilions, etc.), which have adequate supply and exhaust ventilation and the ability to arrange a system for exhausting combustion products to the outside.
Efficient Air Heating
The operating principle of the indirect diesel space heater is based on the properties of convective mixing of warm air from the unit, heated by the hot shell of the combustion chamber, with cold air in the room. Continuous air movement into the heating zone of the unit as a heat carrier is provided by the impeller of an electric fan compressor, and combustion products are discharged through the exhaust pipe into the atmosphere outside the room.
Automatic Control and Monitoring System
The unit is equipped with an automatic control and display system that provides cyclic operation for temperature maintenance, on/off by a programmable timer, and error indication. Manual control mode allows arbitrary adjustment of heating temperature. Safety devices ensure automatic shutdown of the unit in case of overheating, overvoltage, or undervoltage.
Enhanced Reliability Components
These ensure stable and safe operation of the unit even under increased load. The diffuser grille of the fan compressor inlet protects internal elements from dust and mechanical damage, extending the device's service life. For localized heating, a flexible air duct made of non-combustible materials can be connected. This allows warm air to be directed directly to the area requiring heating, for example, into vehicle cabins, pavilions, warehouses, or other small spaces without permanent human presence. Thanks to the fan compressor, heated air is evenly distributed through the air duct, ensuring efficient and safe heating with the removal of combustion products outside the room.
Mobility
For convenient movement, the heater is equipped with a transport handle. The kit also includes an operating manual that details the rules of operation and maintenance. The model is easy to maintain and operate, and its modern design makes it convenient to use in any work environment.
