Description
Metal Barbell RN-Sport Quatro 65 kg (4x10, 2x5, 2x2.5, 2x1.25 + 1.5 m bar) Quatro-GRIP.
The plates are made of metal. After processing, the plates are heated in an oven to 180-200 degrees, painted with impact-resistant paint, and then baked again to form a durable coating. Thanks to the 1.25 kg plates, you can train with minimal weight increments. The chrome-plated metal bars with anti-slip knurling and two clamping nuts, which have rubber bushings for tight and secure plate fixation, add to the convenience of use.
With the Quatro grip, 5, 10, 15, 20 kg plates can be used as a separate piece of equipment for various exercises (plate raises to strengthen shoulders, plate rotations around the torso to strengthen abdominal muscles (abs and obliques), triceps, forearm exercises...) In addition to exercises, the plates serve as additional weight for barbells and dumbbells.
