Melatonin for reducing fatigue from jet lag and shortening sleep onset time

Melatonin consists of vegan tablets containing melatonin, a neurohormone that regulates sleep. Melatonin helps reduce the subjective feeling of fatigue after a long flight across time zones, also known as "jet lag." You will achieve the desired effect by taking 0.5 mg of melatonin just before bedtime on the first day of travel and for several days after arriving at your destination. Melatonin also helps shorten the time it takes to fall asleep if you take the tablet just before bedtime. Among other things, the tablets also contain vitamins B3, B6, and the mineral magnesium, which support the nervous system and psyche and reduce fatigue.

Ingredients

Melatonin, Niacin (as Niacinamide), Vitamin B6 (as Pyridoxine HCl), Magnesium (from Magnesium Citrate).

Other Ingredients

Calcium Carbonate, Microcrystalline Cellulose, Hydroxypropyl Cellulose, Stearic Acid (vegetable source), Coating and Magnesium Stearate (vegetable source).

Dosage

Take 1 tablet approximately 1 hour before bedtime with juice or water.
