Description
Kettlebells from the Ukrainian manufacturer RN-Sport with a wide handle, suitable for both classic and CrossFit exercises.
The handle diameter is safe and comfortable to use. With a kettlebell, you can load your entire body and use it in most popular exercises (delta muscle raises, rotations around the torso to strengthen abdominal muscles (abs and obliques), overhead press for triceps, forearm exercises, squats, lunges, bent-over rows, swings, front raises...). As you can see, one piece of equipment can load your entire body! An important point before training is warm-up and stretching, after which you should start exercises with minimal weight and gradually increase it.
