Metal dumbbells from Ukrainian manufacturer RN-Sport (Quatro-GRIP)
Discs with this grip are safe and convenient to use. With the quatro grip, discs can be used as a separate piece of equipment for various exercises (disc raises to strengthen shoulders, disc rotations around the torso to strengthen abdominal muscles (abs and obliques), overhead press to work triceps, forearm exercises...). In addition to exercises, the discs serve as additional weight for barbells and dumbbells.

The discs are made of metal. After processing, the discs are heated in an oven to 180-200 degrees, painted with impact-resistant paint, and baked again to form a strong crust. Thanks to 1.25 kg discs, you can train with minimal weight increments. The fully metal, chrome-plated 42 cm bar, with knurling to prevent hand slippage and two clamping nuts with rubber bushings for tight and secure disc fixation, adds to its quality.
