Cast iron dumbbells from the Ukrainian manufacturer RN-Sport (Quatro-GRIP)
Discs with this grip are safe and comfortable to use. With the quatro grip, the discs can be used as a separate piece of equipment for various exercises (disc raises to strengthen shoulders, disc rotations around the torso to strengthen abdominal muscles (abs and obliques), overhead press to work triceps, forearm exercises...). In addition to exercises, the discs serve as additional weight for barbells and dumbbells.

The discs are made of high-strength cast iron using a casting method. After processing, the discs are heated in an oven to a temperature of 180-200 degrees, painted with impact-resistant paint, and then baked again to form a strong crust. Thanks to 1.25 kg discs, you can train with minimal weight increments. The fully metal, chrome-plated bar, 42 cm long, with knurling to prevent hand slipping and two clamping nuts with rubber bushings for tight and reliable disc fixation, adds to its elegance.
