The "StronMan" series by RN-Sport is an amateur dumbbell with a variable grip diameter of 30 or 50 mm for "Strongman" style training.
The barbell grip expander, included with the dumbbell, increases muscle activation, stimulating muscle mass and strength gain, and helps avoid a weak grip. Athletes use thick barbells in their training primarily to develop strength.
The dumbbell plates are fully covered with thick plastic, protecting any surface and the plates themselves from impacts, chips, and scratches.
