The "Long" series from RN-Sport comes with a long bar, which allows avoiding the use of large-diameter plates, making the dumbbells less bulky and more convenient for workouts. The diameter of the largest plate in the "Long" series is 19 cm, while other manufacturers offer dumbbells of the same weight with plates of 26-28 cm diameter.
The dumbbell plates are fully covered with thick plastic, protecting any surface and the plates themselves from impacts, chips, and scratches.
