The 23 kg adjustable dumbbell with plastic coating consists of six plates, a bar, and two nuts for securing the plates. Plate weights: 4 x 5 kg, 2 x 1.25 kg. Bar 45 cm – 2 nuts (clamps), load capacity up to 40 kg.
Plate material - granilite with impact-resistant coating.
The plates are fully covered with plastic, protecting any surface and the plates themselves from impacts and chips, and ensuring comfortable use of the barbell in all exercises.
