85 kg of plates that fit all bars (2 x 15 kg, 2 x 10 kg, 4 x 5 kg, 4 x 2.5 kg, 4 x 1.25 kg).
The collapsible barbell and dumbbells with plastic coating consist of sixteen plates of various weights, allowing for increasing or decreasing the load with minimal weight increments.
The plates are fully covered with plastic, protecting any surface and the plates themselves from impacts and chips, and ensuring comfortable use of the barbell in all exercises.
The 150 cm bar can withstand loads up to 110 kg. The moderately deep knurling on the bar, chrome plating, and Weider nuts with rubber fasteners make this bar maximally effective for training and durable.
