Tactical Group First-Aid Backpack PIXEL (with DNIPRO tourniquets)

The PIXEL tactical first-aid backpack from PARAMEDIC is designed for prompt and reliable provision of pre-hospital care for a group of approximately 6 people during combat operations or complex evacuation missions. The backpack is spacious, with a 28-liter volume, features a durable Cordura body resistant to tearing and burning, and is made in a pixel camouflage color scheme, making it practical and inconspicuous in field conditions.

The backpack's design provides for thoughtful placement of medical equipment: it opens 180 degrees, ensuring quick and convenient access to all components. Inside are separate zippered pouches attached with hook-and-loop fasteners for quick access; zippered compartments with 3D mesh for transparent and secure material fixation; and elastic straps for securing individual items. The exterior features a MOLLE system for tourniquet and stretcher pouches, allowing for maximum quick access in an emergency. Quick-release buckles on the shoulder straps are also provided for rapid backpack ditching.
